Both 2010 Corvette ZR1 models, the ZR1 1ZR and ZR1 3ZR, are equally equipped as far as engine output and performance is concerned. Both sports cars feature a 6.2-liter supercharged gas V8 that produces 638 horsepower and 604 lb-ft of torque, and both of these cars go zero-to-sixty in 3.6 seconds, reaching the quarter-mile mark in just 11.3 seconds at 131 miles per hour.
Where these two super cars differ is in around $10,000 in add-ons. The 3ZR features Bluetooth® wireless technology, heated sport seats, power passenger seat, universal home remote transmitter, Bose® seven-speaker audio system, one year subscription of XM Radio, and a custom leather wrapped interior.
Both vehicles are outfitted with an aluminum frame, visible carbon-fiber roof, Brembo® carbon-ceramic brakes, OnStar Safe & Sound Plan for the first year, plus 19-inch front and 20-inch rear sterling silver painted wheels. Furthermore the following exterior features are standard on both cars: automatic headlamps, daytime running lights, fog lamps, Xenon HID headlamps, power door locks, remote keyless entry, traction control, StabiliTrak electronic stability control system, and an active suspension system.
The Corvette ZR1 3ZR is available in five metallic colors, black, red, silver, gray, and blue, plus nonmetallic red, white, and yellow. There are also four interior leather seat color options to choose from.
